All images are owned by Whitney Baker, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.  Any images given to the model in print, electronic or other form are for personal, non-commercial use.  Images may be reproduced in print or by electronic means and be used for the model’s self-promotion, portfolio, website/social media (with photo credit given to Baking Photos) or other non-commercial use. Either one  CD containing all edited images or a digital download gallery will be provided to the model free of charge.  If the client would like an additional CD  or decdie they would like a CD after a digital download gallery they will be charged $5.00 per CD.

I  agree that all images can not be edited or altered by any person including myself.  I understand that my photos will be stored for two years on a external hard druve.after which Baking Photos will no longer hold the original copies.  All pictures on pixiset will need to be downloaded within 30 days.  After which they will be removed from the pixiset library and put into the external hard drive.  

I understand and agree that Whitney Baker has rights to put my photos on any website, social media, or marketing platform.
